Business Relationship Manager
The key account manager for ports, inland approved sites, shipping lines, freight forwarders, freight managers, 3PL’s and shippers. Creating and maintaining key customer relationships and partnerships and developing Business Projects.
Working in partnership with internal and external CNS stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service. Providing oversight of the end-to-end customer experience of CNS suite of products and services and provide input to product and service improvement based on customer feedback. Ultimately building the CNS brand and loyalty.
Identifying new business growth opportunities within the scope CNS /Dubai Trade Solutions.
Attending HMRC and other regulatory meetings allows CNS to be up to date with the latest legislation and plans to remain compliant.
Product Manager
Responsible for the lifecycle of customs products from developing the vision, strategy, roadmap and features to delivering comprehensive product updates to all CNS stakeholders.
